My name is Ryan Arakawa. I was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. I began my Home Inspection career in California/Bay Area working full time with two of the States largest inspection companies. I brought back my experience and education home to Hawaii in 2010. I started Forefront Inspections to bring a higher standard to the home inspection industry and to meet the needs of my clients with top quality service. Forefront Inspections is independently owned and operated here on Oahu. I also have a construction background in residential building and remodeling giving me hands on experience with construction methods from foundations to finish carpentry. 

I'm here to report the current physical condition of the home but I also know first hand the emotions that are involved in selling or buying a home. I do my best to remove the fear from the process by taking my time to communicate my findings and answer any questions that you may have. This allows the client to make a more confident and well-educated decision.

When I'm not working I love to hit the beach and surf. I grew up bodyboarding and also design boards and fins. It's a lifelong passion that keeps me connected to the water and my roots. I am married and have two awesome children. I hope to be an example and pass on the love for the ocean to them.
